Shipping & delivery
Up The Wooden Hills ships worldwide. All garments are made to order and shipped within 7 - 14 days after you have made your purchase and the payment has been received. All orders are fully insured and sent by the Swedish Postal Service (Posten). You will receive an email with a shipping ID for your package once your item has been handmade and dispatched from our office in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Delivery times

If you are a Swedish customer you can track your package at: www.posten.seAll the prices in the shop are listed in Euro (€) and without VAT. For orders within the European union 25% VAT will be added to the garment price when you checkout. Customers outside the European Union are exempt from value added tax. Upon arrival however, the goods might be subject to local taxes or customs fees. For more details regarding local taxes, please contact your country's customs department.
Refunds & exchanges
At the moment Up The Wooden Hills is unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges of any items bought from the online shop. Should you however experience any major problems with the item you have purchased please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we will try to work something out.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments - all through Paypal. You are not required to register for an account on Paypal to make purchases from our online shop, but if you already have a Paypal account you may use it.
